Minimally invasive dentistry

Our priority: to protect the patient's teeth and tissues as much as possible

Pioneers since 1995

Minimally Invasive Dentistry techniques are the priority in Autrán Dental since its introduction 35 years ago.

We firmly believe that major rehabilitations must be accompanied by OMI techniques to fully satisfy the demands of our patients.

What is Minimally Invasive Dentistry?

OMI focuses on achieving the best aesthetic results and maximum patient satisfaction with maximum preservation of teeth and tissues.

Minimally invasive dentistry is a dental treatment approach that preserves as much natural tooth tissue as possible during treatment. Instead of removing large portions of healthy teeth, it focuses on preserving existing tooth structure.

Benefits for the patient

One of the main advantages of Minimally Invasive Dentistry is the minimal need for invasive interventions, such as extractions or root canals, which can weaken the tooth or cause additional damage.

On the other hand, it promotes patient-centered care, taking into account their needs and preferences. Treatments are customized for each individual, and the goal is to maintain good oral health over the long term.

OMI Techniques

We use advanced diagnostic methods, such as digital X-rays, 3D imaging, and dental microscopes, which allow us to visualize dental problems in greater detail. This helps us identify cavities, fractures, and gum disease in their early stages, when they are most easily treatable.

In addition, we use conservative restorative techniques, such as composites or dental restorations, which require minimal removal of tooth tissue.
